For over 38 years CONTACT Pittsburgh has answered the call for those seeking help getting through their most difficult moments. In addition to providing immediate emergency response to those in crisis, CONTACT Pittsburgh provides education and awareness programs to area youth, delivering essential information about the depression and hopelessness that takes the lives of many of their peers. As the third leading cause of death in young people ages 15-24, suicide rates for youth are on the rise. Our critical outreach component delivers informative and powerful programs targeted to this vulnerable population. By delivering preventive as well as reactive services, CONTACT strives to deliver a continuum of services. Together with your support, we can ensure that CONTACT Pittsburgh is well-positioned to deliver the needed services to those in crisis.
