CONTACT Pittsburgh offers immediate emotional support, crisis intervention and suicide prevention services through its volunteer hotline, outreach and educational programs.
Founded in 1971, CONTACT Pittsburgh provides multiple telephone support services, training and community education. We are affiliated with the American Association of Suicidology and accredited by CONTACT USA and a member of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
Support CONTACT Pittsburgh through the Pittsburgh Foundation “Pittsburgh Gives” Campaign
On Wednesday, October 28 at 10:00am Pittsburgh Match Day will start. The Pittsburgh Foundation will match the first $200,000 at 50 cents for every $1.00 donated to participating nonprofit organizations (until total matching funds of $300,000 is exhausted).
Please consider supporting CONTACT Pittsburgh in the Pittsburgh Gives campaign. Pre-register at pittsburghgives.guidestar.org and set your calendar to 10/28 at 10:00am. To search for our organization please enter "Contact USA" in the organization search box. Matching funds will exhaust quickly so don’t delay!
